About Taipei
Taipei City is the capital and a special municipality of Taiwan, and is considered to be a global city, rating as an Alpha-city by GaWC.
Taipei is an international city with very convenient transportation systems, that makes it easy for delegates to travel through the city.
Taipei City ranked 10th on Monocle’s Most Livable City Ranking in 2022. The only other Asian city making it to the top ten is Tokyo.
