- APCN & TSN 2025 provides special fees for international group registrants.

- For group registrations, the total amount for all members needs to be paid in one payment by one representative.
- Fees incurred during the payment are the responsibility of the sender.
- Only payment by wire transfer is available for group registrations (payment by credit card is not accepted). Please note that the bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
- After completing the group registration, individual cancellations and refunds of the group registrants are not possible. (Only cancellation of the entire group registration is possible.)

Please access ‘My Page – Registration’ with your registered ID and PW and click on Invitation Letter’ to print out a copy of original invitation letter. - Notarized Invitation Letter
Request will be processed as a part of the online registration system. USD 60 will be charged for the notary service and air courier letters will be sent by airmail within two weeks after confirmation of your full payment. Please check with the Taiwan Embassy in your country whether a notarized letter is required for visa issuance.

Before applying for cancellation, please refer to the following policy.
- Please note that the onsite registration fee is not be refunded.
- Note that for administrative reasons, refund will be made after the meeting.
- Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by an e-mail. Any phone application will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
- Until September 30 (Monday), 2025 : 100% Refundable
- From November 16 (Sunday), 2025 : Non-refundable (including onsite registration)
Once the payment is completed, registration information cannot be modified.
