Submission Method
Abstracts must be submitted online exclusively through the APCN x TSN 2025 website. *Sign-up required
Language

English.

Your Abstract MUST be in English, please check for typos and spelling errors as your Abstract will not be proofread by the conference.

Case study

Word limit Title
  • A concise title not exceeding 30 words
  • Capitalize the first letter of each word. Titles in ALL CAPS are not allowed.
  • Refrain from using standard abbreviations or acronyms in the title
Body
  • The abstract body must not exceed 400 words.
  • Capitalize the first word of each heading and any subtitle/subheading.
  • Images, tables, and graphs may be included. A maximum of one table or figure can be uploaded during submission, with a file size limit of 2 MB.
Author Information Name
  • Provide the full first and family name(s) of all co-authors.
  • Degrees or titles such as MD after an author's name must be omitted.
Affiliation
  • Structured as follows: Department, Institution, and Country.
Abstract Format Structure
  • The abstract body should be written as a structured abstract. Include a summary description of study/research set out under the following headings: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
Figures & Tables
  • A maximum of one optional figure(s) or table(s) may be included to support the abstract.
  • *File type: jpeg, jpg, png only.
Presentation Types
  • Authors can indicate their preference for presentation type as either 'Oral Presentation’ or ‘Poster Exhibition’.
  • The APCN x TSN 2025 Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation type for all abstracts after review.
Encore Abstracts
  • As long as your research has not yet been published as an original article, encore abstracts may be presented at APCN x TSN 2025 if both the first and subsequent conferences allow this. Abstract authors must declare this at the end of the abstract: “This abstract was also submitted for the (insert meeting title) congress. By submitting the abstract to APCN x TSN 2025, abstract authors declare that re-submitting the abstract is permitted by the organizers of the previous meeting”.
Abstract Policy
Acknowledgement

After submitting the abstract, an automatic email confirmation will be sent to the presenting author and corresponding author.

Please ensure that you enter a valid email address and contact the secretariat if you do not receive the email confirmation.

Modification

Modifications may be made at any time until the abstract submission deadline of June 3 (Tue), 2025.

A written request via email is required. *Email address: office@apcn2025.org

Acceptance Notice

The presenting and corresponding authors will receive the acceptance notice via email on Mid-August, 2025.

Benefit for International Abstract Presenters: Travel Grant

Selected presenting authors traveling from outside of Taiwan who meet the requirements will be considered for a travel grant.

  • Must be an international participant traveling from outside of Taiwan (residents of Taiwan are not eligible).
  • Must be listed as the presenting author of an accepted abstract and complete their pre-registration for the congress, attending on-site.
  • Must indicate their willingness to apply for the travel grant during the abstract submission process
